This ancient art was once used as self-defense for the great soldiers of Thailand and used to defeat the opposition (Burmese soldiers) on the battlefield.
Europeans have been interested in Thai boxing for the past 60 years. This brought about the classifications and rules.

Thai Boxing will get you A to B quicker and more effectively. Good basics are fundamental to that process, you will recieve the benefits of cardio vascular fitness, hand eye co-ordination, development of all aspects of kicks, punches, knees, elbows and mental and fitness conditioning at various levels in six to eight weeks, so you will be truly on your way.
The learning process is based on adaptability and flexibility. the structure and fluid classes cater for all abilities and grade levels, including tournament traning most classes offer accreditations and grading on a four month basis
